Where it ships from
Three Wisconsin locations.
Orders are dispatched from whichever of our three Wisconsin locations holds your items and sits closest to your address. Store pickup is available in Sauk City if you would rather collect in person than pay for shipping.
United States only. We do not ship internationally at the moment, so international addresses cannot be completed at checkout.
Returns
30 days, no restocking fee.
You have 30 days from delivery to return an item. There is no restocking fee — we do not charge you for changing your mind.
Call before you ship
Contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm the right return address for your item and who covers the return postage in your case. It gets processed faster that way.
Damaged or wrong item
If something arrived damaged, or it is not what you ordered, tell us within 30 days and we will make it right. Photos help us sort it out on the first call.
Condition
Items should come back in resalable condition with their packaging where possible. If you are unsure whether something qualifies, ask us first — we would rather tell you up front.
